To be eligible for a return and refund:
Note: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, digital downloads, and personalized items.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at merchanify@gmail.com with your order details. Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us by email at merchanify@gmail.com.
In the event of a refund or chargeback, any commissions previously paid to affiliates for the refunded transaction will be deducted from future payouts. This is to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of the affiliate program.
